Spotify acting against the artist profile itself is outside it too, as our Terms set out.

No. A delivered play ends when it ends and leaves nothing behind it. Saves and followers are sold separately here precisely because they do not arrive attached to a plays order, and a package claiming all three for one price is describing something it cannot deliver. If you want those numbers to move together, they have to be placed as separate orders.
