1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing newfollowers.net ("the Site") or purchasing any service from NewFollowers ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase our services.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use our services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Description

NewFollowers provides social media growth packages that deliver followers, subscribers, likes, or views to publicly accessible social media profiles on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Twitch.

Important platform disclaimer: NewFollowers is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook (Meta), or Twitch. These platform names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Social media platforms maintain their own Terms of Service. While our delivery methods are designed to minimize detection risk, we cannot guarantee that the use of our services will never result in platform action. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

3. Orders and Delivery

3.1 Order Placement

To place an order, you must provide a valid public social media profile URL or username and a working email address for order communication. We never require your social media password or account credentials.

3.2 Delivery Timeline

Orders begin processing within 5–30 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Delivery is gradual and spread over the timeframe shown at checkout (typically 1–48 hours depending on package size), designed to appear organic to the platform's systems.

3.3 Profile Requirements

Your profile must be set to public during order processing. We are unable to deliver to private profiles. If your profile is private or removed during delivery, we are not responsible for undelivered portions.

4. 30-Day Refill Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refill guarantee on all follower packages. If your follower count drops below the quantity originally delivered within 30 days of order completion, we will refill the difference at no charge.

How to claim a refill: Email support@newfollowers.net with your order ID and current follower count within the 30-day window.

The refill guarantee does not apply to:

• Drops caused by the platform's own actions (e.g., account suspension or violation of platform ToS by the customer)
• Changes made to the profile after delivery (e.g., switching the profile to private, changing the username)
• Drops that occur more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
• Likes, views, or engagement packages (guarantee applies to followers/subscribers only)

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our products, refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

To request a refund, contact support@newfollowers.net within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable service fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and/or Gumroad. We do not store your payment card information.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price in effect at the time of your order will be honored. All sales are final upon successful payment and delivery commencement, subject to the refund conditions in Section 5.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Promote hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or activities that harm others
• Artificially inflate engagement on accounts used for fraudulent purposes (e.g., scam profiles, impersonation accounts)
• Resell our services without prior written authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our systems, methods, or supplier relationships
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with our website beyond normal browsing

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at our discretion if we believe it violates these terms or is associated with fraudulent activity.

8. Results and Guarantees

We guarantee delivery of the follower/subscriber quantity purchased to your public profile, subject to the delivery conditions in Section 3. We do not guarantee:

• Specific levels of organic engagement (likes, comments, shares) resulting from the followers delivered
• That followers will interact with your content
• That your account will not be reviewed or actioned by the platform
• Permanent retention of followers beyond the 30-day refill window
• Revenue, sponsorship deals, or commercial outcomes resulting from a higher follower count

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of NewFollowers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Platform names, logos, and trademarks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewFollowers, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities attributed to changes in your social media follower count
• Platform actions (including account suspension or content removal) taken against your profile following our service delivery
• Any third-party service outages, errors, or failures that affect delivery timelines

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewFollowers and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including applicable platform Terms of Service.

13. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time — the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at support@newfollowers.net. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
