NewFollowers ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website newfollowers.net and provides social media growth services including follower packages for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Twitch. - Order data: Your social media profile URL or username (public — no password ever required), the platform you purchased for, and the package you selected.
- Contact data: Your email address, provided at checkout for order confirmations and support communication.
- Payment data: Payment is processed entirely by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad). We never see or store your card number, bank account details, or PayPal credentials. We receive only a confirmation token and your billing name/email from the processor.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited — collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookie and analytics data: Collected only with your consent (see Section 6). Includes session behavior, heatmap data, and ad conversion data.
